Thu 10/22/20 8:41 PM -- Here is the first email sent specifically stating our need for multi-tenant billing and T38's supporting ECM (6 months ago).

Here are the DID’s attached notepad.

I’d like demo/early access to the portal to setup/verify
         SIP trunk configurations
         SIP trunk security/VPN
         T38 fax connection, retry, completion, and failure rates
          multi-tenant billing separation

You (someone on the call?) did say your T38 implementation did support ECM?

The phone call from my Bandwidth rep responding to this. (paraphrasing until the call is transcribed)
            We do not do demo accounts.. They take too much to setup through accounting and legal.
            You will have 30 days to cancel if it doesn't meet your needs..

So yeah, 6 months later,
